Products are delivered to the address requested by the customer.

Delivery takes place within the times specified in the product sheet and the days indicated are to be considered "working days": for products with immediate availability, delivery to the courier is scheduled within 48 hours after payment is received. In the event that one or more products of the order are not available, the seller’s staff shall evaluate whether to make a single delivery or multiple deliveries, informing the customer in advance.

If the seller cannot guarantee the timing of any reordering of temporarily out of stock lots, they will promptly notify the customer and will replace the material or return the sums already paid, following the customer’s instructions.

During the summer and national holidays, deliveries may be delayed.

Our rates include:

- telephone contact by the courier to arrange delivery (if the customer has entered their telephone number in the shipping data);

- insurance on all shipments;

- shipment traceability;

Delivery always takes place at street level. For each shipment that requires the use of a pallet (possibly necessary in relation to the quantity and/or weight of the products), the delivery will take place with the hydraulic tailgate on the vehicle, as close as possible to the delivery address.

Our deliveries have no surcharge for remote areas, but the delivery times may be delayed in such places.

The costs are calculated directly from the site and are visible during the purchase process.

Below are the rates valid for Zone 1 (France, Germany, Ireland, Holland, Spain, Belgium, Luxemburg, Austria) and Zone 2 (Portugal, Czech Republic, Greece, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia):

OVER 1200 KG, YOU NEED TO ADD € 25.00 FOR EACH 200 KG BLOCK (NOT DIVISIBLE FOR LOWER WEIGHTS).

 For example: if the weight is 1230 Kg or 1400 Kg, you must always add € 25.00.

To get an indicative idea, consider that 1 square metre of tiles weighs about 20/25 kg, a sanitary about 13/18 kg, a tap about 2/4 kg (these weights are to be considered indicative and net of packaging).

A separate case constitutes the transport of large materials (i.e. having at least 1 side greater than 2.40 m), since, given the particularity of this type of material, the cost of transport cannot be calculated in real-time from the site, but it must be estimated on a case-by-case basis.

It should also be noted that this particular type of transport is not technically possible everywhere.
